General motors diet


General motors diet was designed for the over weight people who wanted to loose weight in a fast way. It was degined to encourage workers in the General Motors Inc. to live a fit and healthy life. People who want to follow the general motors diet not only loose weight but also have and attractive appearance. According to the general motors diet one should follow it for seven days eating protien rich foods. The dieter should consume fruits and water, after a week they loose weight by 10 lbs. During the diet the dieter should drink atleat ten glasses of water everyday.
Day 1: Any fruits can be consumed in any quantity. except banana.
Day 2: All kind of vegetables can be consumed.
Day 3: All type of fruits and vegetables except potatos and bananas.
Day 4: Three glasses of milk and eight bananas should be eaten.
Day5: Tomatos and lean beef should be eaten.
Day 6: The dieter should eat lots of vegetables and beef.
Day 7: The dieter should eat fruit juice, vegetables and brown rice.
